Hand spun Rondels
(Also known as roundels , rundels & rundles.)

We stock a wide range of genuine hand-made spun rondels.

Our rondels are made the traditional way - by hand.
Molten glass is gathered on a pontil rod and is spun between two graphite boards.
When the desired diameter is reached, the rondel is broken off the rod and allowed to slowly cool in an oven.

The making of rondels is highly skilled, and due to the manual production process, each piece is entirely unique.

Rondel Sizes
Two standard sizes are available - 60mm dia and 80mm dia.
Other rondel sizes can be made to order.
